Rainbows, Brownies and Guides in Forth Valley are on the hunt for more adults to come forward and help to run their meetings!

There are already 147 meeting each week in the area, however this is not enough for all the girls who want to join Girlguiding Forth Valley. There are a further 171 girls on our joining lists.

So as not to disappoint all these young girls, Girlguiding Forth Valley adults to volunteer to help run Rainbow, Brownie and Guide units locally. Girlguiding UK has an ongoing national campaign to seek out more adult members.

The organisation is still highly popular, with over 600,000 members nationwide and a further 50,000 girls waiting on joining lists for their local group. The guiding community is continuously searching for individuals who could volunteer a few hours a week to help their local girls and young women.

As well as needing adult Leaders to work directly with the girls and young women, Girlguiding Forth Valley also needs people to volunteer in a number of other support roles, including public relations and accountancy.
