Within Forth Valley, our Adviser for Additional Needs is Susan Rodger.

usan's job is to support and promote inclusive guiding across the Forth Valley Area. Susan is directly contactable by leaders and parents who are looking for additional information or to discuss any queries you may have.

 

 

Regular training for leaders around the area of supporting young people with additional needs/disability awareness will be provided within the county.

If you have any specific requests or need more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Information for Leaders

The Adviser for Additional Needs can be contacted for assistance, support or advice in relation to supporting a girl in your unit who has additional needs.

These needs include Asthma, Severe Allergies, Diabetes, Learning Difficulties, Wheelchair Users or other Disabilities.

There are several forms which may be useful to leaders who have girls with any of the above needs. If you would like further support in completing these forms, please get in touch.
